Who will benefit from this:

*Smaller and mid-size companies where compliance is extremely important but currently do not have a compliance department or currently undergo a compliance review.  Save thousands of dollars in fees and penalties by having your files audited!

*Owners and Managers that will be able to implement either a pre-funding or post-closing audit of all of their employees files to insure that all loans are in compliance prior to paying their originators.  By having each file reviewed for compliance prior to pay-outs, you will receive the best work from your originators!

*If you belong to a net-branch or network of a larger company that already has a compliance department but would like extra security before your corporate office receives the file and you get audited.

How it works:

*Either yourself or the originator/processor will submit the file to our Compliance Department by way of email or fax using a Compliance Request Form.  Your file will be assigned and reviewed within 24 hours by a Compliance Officer.  If the file clears compliance, you will receive certification of such.  If more items are needed or certain items need corrections, we will notify the contact person on that file.

* We can audit any file from anyone even if you currently are not using our Processing Services. 
* We will invoice you MONTHLY on any file that we audit.
