We have made it easier to submit your loan online using NO PAPER!  Please complete the below form and click submit and our Submission Department will do the rest.  Please follow the below Submission Instructions on each loan:

  1. Complete the Processing Submission Form (either on this online form or the paper copy).  If you are using the Online Form, click Submit.  If you are using the paper version, please either e-mail to sub@precisemortgageprocessing.com or fax to 352-502-4543. 
     

  2. Please e-mail or export your Point or .FNM file to us at sub@precisemortgageprocessing.com 
     

  3. If you already have signed disclosures or any supporting documentation, please fax or e-mail that along with the Point or .FNM file.  If you are having us send out disclosures and collect any initial documentation, you only need to send Point/.FNM and Submission Form. 
     

  4. Please note:  All submissions received prior to 3pm EST will be processed the same day.  Submissions without a completed Processing Submission Form will not be assigned out or reviewed.  Please always send your new submissions to the Submission Department and not directly to your Processor.
