We are confident that you will find our procedures the most convenient available to you.  Precise Mortgage Processing, Inc. will do as much or as little with your files as you decide, putting emphasis on the fact that you have control over your files.  Below are simple instructions on how this works:

What You Will Do:

• Originate the Loan
• Pick your lender and lock your loan when ready
• Submit the file to us!!  Complete our Loan Submission Form and send that along with your Point File and any other documentation you have up to this point to Precise.  Please note that submissions received after 3pm EST will not be assigned and reviewed until the following business day.  To ensure same day processing, please submit your files before 3pm EST.
• ***Please note that we will now require a Prequalification/AUS Findings on every loan that has borrowers with a credit score of 600 or under.***

 What We Will Do:

• Generate & ship disclosures to the borrower if not done so by you.
• Review file for any missing disclosures or supporting documentation.
• Collect and review up-front supporting documentation from the borrower.
• Order Appraisal, Title Work, and any other Inspections required.  Daily follow-ups will be conducted to ensure timely receipt.
• Order Verifications, Pay-off's, and Homeowners Insurance.
• Package up and submit file to appropriate Lender.
• Collect and clear all lender conditions.
• Prepare Fee Sheet or Closing Request and submit to Lender (with broker approval).
• Coordinate closing with all parties involved.
• Prepare a Post Closing package, if required and ship to appropriate parties.
• Keep you and your borrowers informed throughout the entire loan process.  (Upon your request, Precise will not contact the borrowers)

We GUARANTEE closing on or before the contract or commitment expiration date (providing all Clients Conditions are received within a reasonable time frame).  We know that each loan closing is of your utmost importance, so we want to make it ours too!
