Base Processing Rates Per File:

Conventional Loans	$350.00
FHA/VA Loans	$400.00
FHA/VA Streamline Refinances	$350.00
Sub-Prime Loans	$350.00
Non-Conforming Loans	$350.00
HELOC/2nd Mortgage Loans (Stand Alone)	$350.00
Piggy Back 2nd Mortgages	$100.00 if same lender (if different lender, stand alone rate applies)
Submissions to Lenders:	First 2 lender submissions Free.  $25.00 per lender submission per file thereafter.
Withdrawn/Terminated/Denied Loans	FREE**
Overnight Fees	If needed; charged to your account.

Base Processing Rates do not include the following services: 

Generating & Shipping Initial Disclosures to Clients:  $30.00

Copy Packages (hard files):  $20.00 per copy package

Post Closing Pkgs (paper/hard files):  $40.00 per package

*Broker/Loan Officer is responsible for providing Account Numbers for all Overnight Couriers to Precise Mortgage Processing, Inc. to be use for any overnight shipping.   

**There is to be no withdraw fees should a file be withdrawn from Precise Mortgage Processing, Inc. for any reason.  However, if the rate of withdrawn files exceeds 45%, a $50.00 per file cancellation fee will be imposed.

* Payment Policy: PMP will receive payment by invoicing the title company - the processing fee is added to the Settlement Statement as an additional line item charge, similar to any other 3rd party fee.
