To start using any of our services, please read these instructions and then locate the appropriate forms you will need at the bottom of this page.  Also, please note that our Submission Form for each service has detailed instructions on them as well.

Processing Services:

1. Please complete the NEW CLIENT PROFILE and PROCESSING AGREEMENT and fax them over to us at 877-356-9187.  During normal business hours, we will complete the Agreement and fax you back with all information you will need to get started submitting (including your Processor’s contact information as well as your online logins)
2. When you are ready to submit a file, please complete the PROCESSING SUBMISSION FORM in its entirety.  Please submit your file either via fax 877-356-9187 or by email to sub@precisemortgageprocessing.com. You will receive an emailed confirmation of receipt.   Please remember to submit prior to 3pm EST to be guaranteed Same Day Processing! ***Please note that we will now require a Prequalification/AUS Findings on every loan that has borrowers with a credit score of 600 or under.***

Compliance Services:

1. Please complete the COMPLIANCE AGREEMENT and fax that over to us at 877-356-9187. 
2. When you are ready to submit a file for review, please complete the COMPLIANCE REQUEST FORM in its entirety.  Please submit your file either fax 877-356-9187 or by email to compliance@precisemortgageprocessing.com.  You will receive an emailed confirmation of receipt and a Compliance Officer will review your file within 24 hours.

 

Underwriting Services:

1. For Simple Underwriting, please fax over the UNDERWRITING SUBMISSION FORM, 1008, and 1003 to 877-356-9187 or email to uw@precisemortgageprocessing.com.
2. For Complete Underwriting, please fax over the UNDERWRITING SUBMISSION FORM and complete file (see submission form for checklist) to 877-356-9187 or email to uw@precisemortgageprocessing.com
